Chinese for specific purposes

Chinese for Specific Purposes（ISSN 2758-6081, http://www.chineseforspecificpurposes.net）is an international double-blind peer-reviewed bilingual biannual journal that welcomes research articles or book reviews on topics relevant to linguistic studies of Chinese for professional purposes as well as to teaching, learning, and other applications of Chinese of specialized communities. Such topics include but are not limited to descriptions of specialized varieties of professional Chinese, comparative studies on linguistic variations among registers of Chinese for professional and other purposes, stylistic and genre studies of Chinese for professional purposes, teaching contents development and assessments, second/foreign language acquisition in specialized texts, needs assessment, professional development of teachers, learning strategies, and educational technologies in Chinese for professional purposes.

Chinese for Specific PurposesChinese for Specific Purposes publishes articles in Chinese and English. All submitted articles should be original, subject to double-blind peer review and the editors' discretion. Peer review of submitted manuscripts of this journal would typically be completed within 30 days. There is no charge for article processing.

The length of each paper is expected to be in the range of 6,000 to 12,000 words. The text should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font on A4 paper and double-spaced.

The title should be on the first page, followed by an abstract of around 300 words and 3 to 6 keywords.

The second page should list the author name(s), title, brief biographical data, institutional and email address, and sponsor(if any) and indicate the corresponding author.

The wording of the text and bibliographic references should be in the APA style.

Book reviews can be in the range of 1,000-6,000 words. Contributors should follow the guidelines for papers.

All submissions should be saved as Microsoft Word files.

《Chinese for Specific Purposes》（ISSN 2758-6081）是一本双盲审稿国际双语学术半年刊。该刊旨在为行业领域汉语的语言学研究、教学研究及其他应用研究提供一个国际化的学术交流平台。发文主题包括但不限于：行业汉语变体的语言学描述、行业汉语各语域之间及其与通用汉语的比较、行业汉语相关的风格学与语体学研究、行业汉语的需求评估研究、行业汉语的课程内容及测评/师资发展/学习策略/二语习得/教育技术研究等。此外，该刊也发表精选的行业汉语书评。欢迎有志于推进行业汉语的研究与应用的广大学者踊跃投稿！投稿或相关问题请致函朱宇教授，电子邮件地址为zhuyu@chineseforspecificpurposes.net。

投稿应为未发表、无版权纠纷的学术作品，须含摘要（200字～500字）、关键词（3～6个）、作者单位、通讯地址、作者简介，并提交MS Word格式版本。稿件可以是研究论文、综述，也可以是书评。前者字数应在6000字以上，后者3000字以上。投稿格式可参照本网页最新发表的文章格式。
